ATMEGA4809-AF
The ATmega4808/4809 microcontrollers are part of the megaAVR? 0-series, which uses the AVR? processor with
hardware multiplier running at up to 20 MHz, and offers a wide range of Flash sizes up to 48 KB, up to 6 KB of
SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM in 28-, 32-, 40-, or 48-pin packages. The series uses the latest technologies from
Microchip with a flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System and SleepWalking, accurate analog
features, and advanced peripherals
ATMEGA48PA-PU Microcontroller
Microchip ATMEGA48PA-PU, 8bit AVR Microcontroller, ATmega, 20MHz, 4 kB Flash, 28-Pin PDIP
The ATmega48A/PA/88A/PA/168A/PA/328/P is a low power, CMOS 8-bit microcontrollers based on the AVR? enhanced RISC architecture. By executing instructions in a single clock cycle, the devices achieve CPU throughput approaching one million instructions per second (MIPS) per megahertz, allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed. Part Number: ATMEGA48PA-PU Manufacturer: Microchip Technology Description: IC MCU 8BIT 4KB FLASH 28DIP Detailed Description: AVR AVR? ATmega Microcontroller IC 8-Bit 20MHz 4KB (2K x 16) FLASH 28-PDIP atmega48pa-pu datasheetATMEGA808-MU
ATmega808 8-bit Microcontroller (MCU) features the 8-bit AVR??processor with hardware multiplier, offering speeds up to 20MHz. The ATmega1608 MCUs include up to 8KB Flash, 1KB SRAM, and 256bytes of EEPROM. The On-chip Flash?allows the program memory to be reprogrammed in-system through an SPI serial interface, by a conventional?nonvolatile memory programmer, or by an On-chip Boot program running on the AVR core. The AVR core combines a rich instruction set with 32 general purpose working registers. The 32 registers are?directly connected to the Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU), allowing two independent registers to be accessed in one single instruction executed in one clock cycle. The ATmega808 MCU uses Core Independent Peripherals with low power features, including Event System, Intelligent Analog and Advanced Peripherals.
