The 1.5KE Series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.

The AP2112 is a guaranteed 600mA (min.) continuous load current, low dropout linear regulator in CMOS technology with enable function. The fixed output voltage options for the AP2112 are 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.6V, or 3.3V. The LDO offers exceptional performance for coping with line and load transients because to its output precision of 1.5 percent and extremely quick loop response. The AP2112 has an auto discharge feature that, when the device is turned off, connects the output to earth through 60 ohms of resistance. The regulator offers SOT25, SOT89-5, and SO-8 packaging and has a low power consumption. Previously known as SOT-23-5, SOT-89-5, and SOIC-8 packages, respectively, they have been renamed to conform to the most recent terminology used by Diodes Incorporated.
