DESCRIPTION

A tiny choke coil power inductor, the 100uH 6x8mm Radial Leaded Power Inductor. It features a wire coiled (magnetic or air) on the core with leads connected for through-hole attachment. The power inductor, also known as a choke coil, choke, or differential mode inductors, limits the alternating current flowing through the coil.
It possesses a high Q factor, a low magnetic flux leakage, and a high self-resonance frequency. Furthermore, the power inductor has superior magnet protection and is RoHS compliant.

APPLICATION
Desktops and laptops computer motherboards are examples of applications.
In decentralized energy systems or VRM applications, a DC/DC converter is used.
