The CA3130 are op amps that combine the advantage of both CMOS and bipolar transistors. Gate-protected P-Channel MOSFET (PMOS) transistors are used in the input circuit to provide very-high-input impedance, very-low-input current, and exceptional speed performance. Current-feedback input circuitry provides wide bandwidth, even at high gain (70 kHz at G = 100). A single external resistor sets any gain from 1 to 10000. Internal input protection can withstand up to ?40 V without damage. The INA118 is laser-trimmed for low offset voltage (50 ?V), drift (0.5 ?V/?C), and high common-mode rejection (110 dB at G = 1000). The INA118 operates with power supplies as low as ?1.35 V, and quiescent current is only 350 ?A, making this device an excellent choice for battery-operated systems.

The LF356 device are the first monolithic JFET input operational amplifiers to incorporate well matched, high-voltage JFETs on the same chip with standard bipolar transistors (BI-FET? Technology). These amplifiers feature low input bias and offset currents/low offset voltage and offset voltage drift, coupled with offset adjust, which does not degrade drift or common-mode rejection. The LM311 devices are single high-speed voltage comparators. These devices are designed to operate from a wide range of power supply voltages, including ?15-V supplies for operational amplifiers and 5-V supplies for logic systems. The output levels are compatible with most TTL and MOS circuits. These comparators are capable of driving lamps or relays and switching voltages up to 50 V at 50 mA. All inputs and outputs can be isolated from system ground. The outputs can drive loads referenced to ground, VCC or VCC?. Offset balancing and strobe capabilities are available, and the outputs can be wire-OR connected. If the strobe is low, the output is in the off state, regardless of the differential input.
