The ADR380 and ADR381 are precise band gap voltage references with great accuracy, consistency, and low power consumption in a small footprint.
Temperature drift curvature correction procedures that are patented reduce the non – linearity of the voltage change with heat.
They are suited for 3 V to 5 V battery-powered applications because to their wide working range and low power consumption.
The ADR380 and ADR381 are low dropout voltage (LDV) micropower devices that deliver a consistent output voltage from suppliers as low as 300 mV above the output voltage. They are specified for the industrial temperature range (40Ā°C to 85Ā°C). The ADR380/ADR381 are available in the small three-lead SOT-23 package.
