The adjustable and fixed voltage regulators of the AMS1117 series are designed to deliver 1A output current and function down to 1V input-to-output difference. The device’s dropout voltage is guaranteed to be 1.3V at maximum output current, dropping at lower load currents. Trimming on-chip adjusts the reference voltage to one percent. The current limit is also reduced, reducing stress on the regulator and energy source circuitry under overload conditions. The AMS1117 devices are pin compatible with existing three-terminal SCSI regulators and are available in low-profile surface mount SOT-223 packages, 8L SOIC packages, and TO-252 (DPAK) plastic packages.

MIC4576-5BU IC – Step Down Regulator IC
The MIC4576 is a series of easy-to-use fixed and adjustable BiCMOS step-down (buck) switch-mode voltage regulators. The 200 kHz MIC4576 duplicates the pinout and function of the 52 kHz LM2576. The higher switching frequency may allow up to a 2:1 reduction in output filter inductor size. The MIC4576 is available in 3.3V, and 5V fixed output versions or a 1.23V to 33V adjustable output version. Both versions are capable of driving a 3A load with excellent line and load regulation. The feedback voltage is guaranteed to ?2% tolerance for adjustable versions, and the output voltage is guaranteed to ?3% for fixed versions, within specified voltages and load conditions. The regulator performs cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown for protection under fault conditions. This series of simple switch-mode regulators requires a minimum number of external components and can operate using a standard series of inductors. Frequency compensation is provided internally. The MIC4576 is available in TO-220 (T) and TO-263 (U) packages for the industrial temperature range.

REF01 IC – 10V Precision Voltage Reference IC
The REF01 is industry-standard precision voltage references. The stable 10V output of the REF01 can be adjusted over a ?6% range with minimal effect on temperature stability. The 10V REF01 has a single-supply operation over an input voltage range of 13V to 33V. The devices offer a low-current drain of 1mA.
