DESCRIPTION
The 4N32 and 4N33 are optically coupled isolators with a
gallium arsenide infrared LED and a solicon photodarlington
sensor.
Switching can be achieved while maintaining a high degree
of isolation between driving and load circuits.
These optocouplers can be used to replace reed and
mercury relays with advantages of long life, high speed
switching and elimination of magnetic fields.

6N135 OPTOCOUPLER (HIGH SPEED)
The 6N135 is an optocouplers with a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated
photo detector which consists of a photo diode and a high-speed transistor in a DIP-8 plastic package.
Signals can be transmitted between two electrically separated circuits up to frequencies of 2 MHz.
CNY17-4 OPTOCOUPLER IC
The CNY17-4 is an optically coupled pair consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon NPN phototransitor. Signal information, including a DC level, can be transmitted by the device while maintaining a high degree of electrical isolation between input and output.
CNY74-2 CHANNEL OPTOCOUPLER
The CNY74-2 consist of a photo transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in an 8-lead, resp. 16-lead plastic dual inline package. The elements are mounted on one lead frame using a co planar technique, providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements.
