N79E352RADG Nuvoton Microcontroller IC
Nuvoton N79E352R Microcontroller is a high speed 4T 8051 MCU operating at 2.4V to 5.5V with 22.1184 MHz internal oscillator in DIP40 Package.
The N79E352 is an 8-bit Turbo 51 microcontroller which has Flash EPROM programmable hardware writer. The instruction set of the N79E352R is fully compatible with the standard 8052.
The Nuvoton N79E352 Microcontroller contains a 8Kbytes of main Flash EPROM; a 256 bytes of RAM; 128 bytes NVM Data Flash EPROM; three 16-bit timer/counters; 2-channel 8-bit PWM; 1-channel UART and 1 additional input capture. These peripherals are supported by 11 interrupt sources four-level interrupt capability. To facilitate programming and verification, the Flash EPROM inside the N79E352RADG allows the program memory to be programmed and read electronically. Once the code is confirmed, the user can protect the code for security.
N79E352RADG Microcontroller is designed for cost effective applications which can serve industrial devices and other low power applications.
