TB6560 Stepping Motor Driver ICs
Toshiba TB6560 Stepping Motor Driver ICs are designed for sinusoidal input micro-step control of stepping motors. These ICs are capable of forward and reverse driving of a two-phase bipolar stepping motor using only a clock signal. The TB6560 ICs are used in applications that require 2-phase, 1-2-phase, 2W1-2-phase, and 4W1-2-phase excitation modes. These motor driver ICs offer high output withstand voltage (40V) due to BiCD process. The ICs feature reset and enable pins.
