Description of TPS3805H33DCKR
Specifically for DSPs and processor-based systems, the TPS3803 and TPS3805 series of supervisory circuits offer circuit initialization and time supervision. Unlike the TPS3803G15 device, which has an adjustable SENSE input that can be set by two external resistors, the TPS3803G15 has a fixed-sense threshold voltage VIT set by an internal voltage divider.
The TPS3805 devices offer a second adjustable SENSE input in addition to the fixed sense threshold monitored at VDD. If one of the two voltages falls below VIT, RESET is asserted.
RESET is asserted during power-on when supply voltage VDD rises above 0.8 V. The supervisory circuit then keeps the RESET switch active as long as VDD or SENSE are below the threshold voltage VIT. RESET is once more deasserted when VDD (SENSE) exceeds the threshold voltage VIT.
The product spectrum is made to work with supply voltages of 1.5 V, 3.3 V, and variable voltages. The components come in a 5-pin SC-70 package. The operating temperature range of the TPS3803 and TPS3805 devices is specified as 40?C to +85?C.
